1. Booking & Payment

A non‑refundable retainer is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due on or before the session day. Dates are not held without a retainer.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule once at no additional cost with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations forfeit the retainer.

3. Session Conduct

Please arrive on time and prepared. Late arrivals may reduce shooting time. The studio may end a session early if unsafe or inappropriate behavior occurs.

4. Editing & Artistic Style

Final images are edited in Whispering Hourglass Photography’s signature clean and refined style. Edits include color grading, tonal adjustments, and subtle retouching that maintains natural texture. Raw files are not provided.

5. Image Delivery

Final images are delivered via an online gallery within the stated turnaround time. Delivery timelines may vary based on season and workload.

6. Copyright & Usage

Whispering Hourglass Photography retains full copyright to all images. Clients receive a personal‑use license for sharing and printing. Commercial use requires written permission.

7. Model Release

Unless requested otherwise in writing before the session, the client grants permission for images to be used in the studio’s portfolio, website, and promotional materials.

8. Liability

In the event of equipment failure, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to a refund of all payments made.​
